Dr. Charles Horne, Exec. Director

Dr. Charles Horne became the Executive Director of T-PCC in late 2007.  Dr. Horne has enjoyed a distinguished career in the Air Force, private business and public service at both the state and federal level.

Dr. Horne has been conferred both Graduate and Post Graduate Degrees in Public Administration, Religious Education and Theology, and has been a ministry and community leader in Tacoma for more than 30 years.
